BAND PARENTS ORGANIZATION MEETING MINUTES

April 22, 2008

In attendance were: Jennifer Michael, Linda Michael, Donna Chavis, Debbi Peacock, and Tere Thomas.

President Donna Chevis called the meeting to order and welcomed the approximately 5 people present.

Forms for reimbursements are available on the web site under the forms tab.

Fundraising-

We are working on setting things up for the Relay for life right now.

We will be selling Cotton Candy, Water, Sodas, Nachos, and Coffee.

New Business: 

We are to look at company in Daytona to see if we can get band jackets made in smaller quantity students still want jackets but we do not have 12 at this time to be able to get them from the Neff Company at the same price it will cost each student an additional $3.00 per jacket to get a less then 12 from the Neff Company.

Next meeting scheduled for July 8th at 7:00 pm.

Old Business:

New uniforms need to be made for all new guard members and we also need new poles, flags, rifles as we do not have enough for all members.  New shoes need to be purchased for band members and guard members.
